Dealers will not be able to get the full value of digital marketing if the resources assigned are inadequate, distracted by other job duties or their pay plan does not reflect and reward the objectives for that dealer's digital marketing, advertising and social media initiatives and campaigns. The most successful dealers today have people dedicated towards maximizing the benefits received by all departments in the dealership from their overall digital marketing strategy and the tactics that require daily monitoring and execution.
